    In this class, you will:

    • Discuss the hospital admissions process.
    • Explore labor and anesthesia options.
    • Learn about natural childbirth techniques.
    • Talk through reasons for a Cesarean birth.
    • Learn about postpartum care.
    • Watch and discuss a birth film.

     

    Time

    6 – 8 p.m.

    This class is held in-person and is offered monthly.

    Take the elevators in the front of the hospital to the 2nd floor. When you exit the elevators, it’s the room on the right.
