$150 initiation fee locks in your month to month membership at Ochsner Fitness Center. If you are interested in an annual membership, Ochsner Fitness Center only charges $50 for the initation fee and will apply the remaining $100 toward your monthly payments. Following your registration payment, a representative from the Ochsner Fitness Center membership team will reach out to complete enrollment!
