Course Details
In this class, you will:
- Discuss the hospital admissions process.
- Explore labor and anesthesia options.
- Learn about natural childbirth techniques.
- Talk through reasons for a Cesarean birth.
- Learn about postpartum care.
- Watch and discuss a birth film.
Time
6 – 8 p.m.
This class is held in-person and is offered monthly on the first Tuesday of each month.

Take the elevators in the front of the hospital to the 2nd floor. When you exit the elevators, it’s the room on the right.
