Mawmaw & Pawpaw, things have certainly changed since you had a baby! Come learn about the new definition of active labor, the latest in pain relief options, skin to skin care, rooming in, breastfeeding, safe sleep, and more.
This class can also be a good overview for those parents who are not able to attend our prenatal classes.
