Health education classes for pre-teen and teen girls ages 9-16. The class covers puberty, body changes, hygiene and emotional well-being to help girls prepare for adolescence. Led by pediatric experts. Parents and guardians are welcome.

Growing Up Girls rotates between three Ochsner locations. Location will be under the "class date" selection menu.

Upon entering our locations, you will be greeted at our front desk, and a staff member will help you navigate to the classroom where Growing Up Girls will be held.
